All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by The Ultimate Win at its sole discretion.

Participation Enrollment: Each eligible participant is automatically enrolled in The Ultimate Win, once they register for a tournament offering The Ultimate Win and will be provided with a temporary ID number and password to gain access to The Ultimate Win website. Upon initial login, participants may create their unique username and personal password.

Participant accounts that do not accrue points within the first 45 days of initial registration for The Ultimate Win, will be de-activated.

Earning Rewards: Points are awarded based on the performance of a team. Each tournament director, in coordination with The Ultimate Win, will determine point eligibility and quantity.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

1. Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
2. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another cardholder. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:

1. The Ultimate Win reserves the right to modify merchandise available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of The Ultimate Win Reward Points Earned: This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as The Ultimate Win Reward Point balances.

Termination of Program: The Ultimate Win reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from The Ultimate Win Reward Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points Online Catalog.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participant and not The Ultimate Win or any of its affiliates or agents. The Ultimate Win will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of The Ultimate Win. The information collected on this website may be used by The Ultimate Win. The Ultimate Win will not sell or distribute client information to a third party, other than Online-Rewards. The Ultimate Win and Online-Rewards will only use email addresses to correspond with The Ultimate Win participants to facilitate account registration and provide account information.
